Our one-to-one coaching typically spans six sessions, starting with an initial chemistry meeting designed to identify and tackle specific challenges and obstacles.
In contrast, our mentoring programme involves regular one-to-one interactions over an extended period. This long-term relationship offers insights into diverse perspectives, fostering increased self-awareness and bolstering confidence.
